By accessing or using willsfromhome.law (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms apply to your use of the website and marketing content; the binding terms for legal services are in the Limited Scope Engagement Agreement you accept at checkout.

Wills From Home is a service of Lowcountry Legal Solutions, LLC. It offers attorney-reviewed preparation of basic South Carolina estate and healthcare documents under Rule 1.2(c) limited-scope representation.

A limited-scope engagement typically includes:

• Collection of your information through the online wizard
• Preparation of your selected document(s) based on the information you provide
• Conflict check and meaningful attorney review
• Delivery of approved documents via secure PDF email with basic execution instructions

It does not include full estate planning consultation, tax planning, court representation, notary services, execution assistance, or ongoing legal advice beyond the scope described in the Limited Scope Engagement Agreement at checkout.

The service is intended for South Carolina residents with straightforward, basic estate planning needs. Documents are designed for simple situations. If your situation is complex or requires detailed customization, you should seek a full consultation rather than relying on this limited-scope service.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in the wizard
• Confirm that the service is appropriate for your situation before submitting an order
• Complete the Limited Scope Engagement Agreement and informed consent at checkout
• Use the Site lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse our systems

No attorney-client relationship is formed and no documents will be prepared until the conflict check passes and the attorney approves your order, as stated in the engagement agreement.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment method may be saved at checkout; your card is not charged until after the attorney reviews and approves your documents for delivery, as described in the engagement agreement and FAQ.

Pricing and packages are listed on the Documents page and may change from time to time.

The Site, branding, text, and layout are owned by or licensed to Lowcountry Legal Solutions, LLC and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission, except as allowed by law.

Documents prepared for you are provided for your personal use in connection with your order, subject to the engagement agreement.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lowcountry Legal Solutions, LLC, Blair Streitenberger, Esq., and related parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes relating to the Site (other than professional conduct matters governed by attorney ethics rules) may be brought in courts located in South Carolina.
